The word, Koinonia is Greek meaning “an intimate sharing of life and love.” This name alone says a lot about the retreat, which is based on the Paschal Mystery—the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. By going on this retreat, you will come to know that you are truly a part of the family that is the Church, the People of God. It is through talks, sacraments, meals, and bonfires that we share our love for God with each other. We, as the youth of the Church, can be part of this amazing community if only we will repent and believe!
